Heather Valdez, LCSW has been a consultant to nonprofit organizations since 2014. She primarily focuses on providing consultation to mental health-focused nonprofits, particularly those serving LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. As an Organizational Consultant, she has experience in program development, systems and operations development, quality assurance, clinical services, fund development (grants & contracts), committee development, board development, strategic planning, diversity, equity and inclusion, training,  and various other special projects.
